We visited for dinner only. The whole experience was 5 out of 5. I cannot congratulate the staff on their exemplary friendly professional efficient service. We had cocktails and drinks to start in the aviator bar. Then proceeded on to dinner in the restaurant there was a good choice of meals on the menu. Every dish including the sides we ordered were outstanding. It is not a cheap night out but it is well worth it. We will definitely be coming back.

It was very disappointing as all the hot food was cold. Tongs were extremely hard to use the coffee machine need to be recalibrated. There was plenty to choose from.

Booking was for Ember & Vine restaurant, but we only had Aviator Bar menu available. My meal of Portobello Mushrooms Pappardelle was unevenly cooked, very bland and did not have a single mushroom. Restaurant manager asked for feedback when we were leaving. We said we were disappointed that we did not have the lunch experience we had expected. She promised to follow us and contact me later in the day, but I have not heard back from her. Overall very disappointing.

The food was incredible. Every dish was delicious and delicately cared for. They’ve just opened so the service needs some work - they missed a couple of things we ordered and cocktails took a long time to come out. Worth the visit though and will recommend for the duck alone!

Pre dinner drinks in Aviator bar and then onto dinner. The food was amazing. The best staff were great, attentive, and very helpful with questions. Our new go-to for drinks and dinner. Love it

The view from the fourth floor is superb, we enjoyed the chicken and steak, both dishes were excellent, with the steak being perfectly cooked and of generous size. I would suggest wait staff advise diners that the steak does not come with a side, so they have the opportunity to order some when ordering the dish but otherwise everything was sensational. The deserts were delicious and the wait staff very attentive. I have no hesitation recommending Ember & Vine.

Our second visit to Ember & Vine and again we were not disappointed. The staff retain their enthusiasm and warmth making us feel most welcome. A real treat was the live music in the Aviator Bar which adjoins the restaurant allowing us to enjoy the entertainment whilst not being in the bar. The food was wonderful and for their opening week these guys really have nailed the brief. We had Wagyu Sirloin and Catch of the day and both were full of flavour and the side dishes were delicious. Look forward to our next visit to this fabulous restaurant.
