Join us at Ember & Vine, a Mediterranean Tuscan Steakhouse & Wine Restaurant in Palmas del Mar. Expected a higher flavor profile on the main dish. The Humus appetizer was good but packed bread or chips, Veggies are ok but not the preferred match. Bar service was good.

Had an amazing birthday celebration at the best restaurant in Palmas. You can tell you are somewhere special from the moment you walk in the the hostess greets you with the best attitude and smile that makes you feel special. The vibe and views are world class. The steak was better then I just ate last week in one of the top steak houses in Mexico City. The jumbo shrimp taste better then lobster! Cesar salad is made the real way. We had smoky spicy mezcal skinny style which was amazing and a bottle of Amici can which was well Priced and great with the steak. My daughter had pasta Bolognese which was better then what we even had in Italy. There is not much recommendation for improvements as it was all excellent. Would love to see some seasonal specials as we will like to eat here often.

My wife and I decided to check out E&V for our anniversary last night since we have been hearing so many positive things. This place did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, amazing drinks, and very attentive service. What a great addition to Palmas!

Another amazing experience after returning from summer travels. Experienced their new cafe with craft coffee in the morning then went back with the entire family for Sunday dinner. The lamb was perfect with a nice hint of Dijon. The Bolognese is incredible, and the Branzino was amazing and beautifully plated. We also had the spaghetti vongole which was loaded with clams and the sauce was so tasty. The ambiance is so hip and fun and makes you feel like you are having a bit of a night out of the house. The air conditioning is a wonderful touch since it’s hard to find good temperature while dining in Palmas. The service is bar none. Every person in the entire place smiles and makes you feel that they are excited to have you there which is a rare thing. Overall a another 5-star experience l!

I recently dined at Ember & Vine, and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set a perfect tone for the evening—elegant yet welcoming. The service was impeccable; our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with the Feta Beet Salad and Burrata, which was a delightful blend of textures and tastes. For the main course, the Bolognese was cooked to perfection, with every ingredient clearly fresh and thoughtfully paired. And the dessert—the lemon cheesecake—was insane, the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The attention to detail here is remarkable, from the perfectly curated wine list to the cozy, stylish decor. It’s clear that Ember & Vine goes above and beyond to create an outstanding dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch meal in a fantastic setting. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a very nice dinner. Food was well prepared and tasty. Loved the beet salad! The decor and ambience super nice. Dined inside. Got loud when a big party sat inside. Not ideal. Perhaps parties over 6 should sit outside or somehow improve the acoustics of the room. Nice and attentive staff. Will definitely go back !
