Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

Ema Glenview has only been open for 5 days, and you would have thought they had been there for years! The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic. All of the servers, the owner, the manager were so welcoming and accomodative. We will be back many times in the future.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious - some portions were a bit smaller than our server told us they would be but the food was extremely flavorful and filling, particularly since we ordered a lot of different dishes to try!

Bright, vibrant, beautiful space, great ambience. Food was very good - we shared plates, and enjoyed the eggplant spread very much; crispy potatoes were excellent, brussels sprouts were outstanding, and plenty for four people. Really liked the grilled chicken skewers, but rice was just meh. Room was quite full at 5:30pm, and I think our server, who was very nice, and helpful, did a good job trying to take care of several tables. A wonderful addition to the suburban restaurant scene - we will definitely return, and bring friends, to try some of the other menu items.

Had a wonderful experience at dinner yesterday. Took my husband here for his birthday. Food was great and service was great. We will definitely be going back.

Restaurant is gorgeous! Service was excellent! Had 7 dishes (plus dessert 🤭) for 3 people and took home leftovers. Everything we had was delish, but my favs were the spinach & feta spread, short rib sandwich & chocolate torte. I enjoyed the food at this location more than Ema River North. Glad it’s in the neighborhood!

Enjoyed lunch. Interior feels like a vacation. Hummus & house bread/pita was declined - loved the crispy chickpeas on top. We also enjoyed the octopus carpaccio, spicy brisket kefta and the pistachio frozen yogurt. The services was excellent. My daughter has nut allergies and our server was so diligent (as was the kitchen) ensuring the dishes we ordered were nut free and no cross contamination. Cocktails were also excellent! We had the strawberry rose Paloma and Old Fashion. Looking forward to coming back to try other items on menu.

I think that the wait staff is still working out issues. My drink took forever to get, but they compted it. The food such as humus for us came relatively fast but our other parties humus took 10 minutes longer? Food was average as well.
