              This restaurant has unfortunately deteriorated over the past few years. The ambience was lovely as it used to be, but there was no service - every single step took a long time, and our server barely stopped by over the course of our meal. Salad was served after main dish, and drinks after salad… Won’t visit again.

              They seemed understaffed but the food was great as was the value for what we ordered! Overall, nice location, good ambiance and great food!

              We loved it. Absolutely loved it. Highlights were the stracciatella and the crispy potatoes. Our server, Ky, was lovely!

              Great food and service. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure that all my dietary needs were met. Highly recommend!

              Took a while to get a server, but once we did it was great! The food, shareable plates, was awesome! Would recommend!

              The food was very good. We were disappointed with the service. We ordered our first (and only) drink order and it didn’t come until after our main course was served, so we were disappointed there. We thought they may comp the drinks since the drinks were so late, but it was like it never happened from the restaurants perspective.

              We’ve been to Ema many times and always enjoyed the food and the service. Today, we went for Father’s Day and it left a lot to be desired. Our waitress was training another waitress which was fine, but they never checked on us during the meal. We were sitting outside but that shouldn’t have made a difference. We had to ask a busboy to refill coffee and get to go boxes. Also, my Dad and brother ordered the soft scrambled eggs which were under the brunch entree category, when they arrived, they were literally just the eggs and some Asparagus. Very small portions compared to my entree. Lettuce restaurants are usually known for their service but today was very lackluster.
