    Beautiful spot beside the river and the falls. We ate on the outdoor patio. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Wine prices are very high. Better to bring your own.

    Went out for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server Taylor was the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the items we got and was able to answer any questions we had!

    Fantastic Experience!! It was my husbands birthday we had requested a table by the window. When I arrived it was a table in the room. The manager quickly made adjustments and provided me a great table by the window. Tania was a fantastic server. The menu is small but the food was great.

    The Mill is beautiful but the menu is very limited and you are definitely paying for the ambiance. If money is no object and you are not a very big eater, this is the place. However, the service was wonderful.

    We travelled to the Elora Mill on a Saturday and sat in the patio, so it was reasonably quiet. Mom is quite elderly and she loved everything about the Elora Mill, scenery, weddings, ambience. We loved the help the staff provided with Mom and her wheelchair, plus they were very accommodating with parking. The food and drinks were just what you’d want for a summer afternoon. Mid week might be a better choice but not convenient for us. Highly recommended.

    Booked a tasting for 2 Fri Jul 19 through open table. Arrived at 7pm, a hostess asked for name under reservation and if we are still interested in the tasting for 2. We were sat on the patio and a older gentleman from the staff was attending to our table and recommended us a bottle of wine, poured us each a glass, sat the wine bottle down several tables away. The next time we saw any wait staff was 40 minutes later. 40 minutes later, the original waiter came back ad said that he had no idea that we were there for dinner, even though it was 7 pm and we had booked the tasting online and checked in with the hostess. He offered us a free glass of sparkling wine and laughed it off like there was no issue. He then handed off our table for the rest of the night to a young hostess who did a great job throughout the rest of the night. The food was great. Very disappointed with my experience here, this was a special evening for me and my fiancee and the initial service was horrible - we waited for 40 minutes for our order to be placed and there was not even any acknowledgement of this mistake let alone any sort of comp on the bill.
