    The location is superb overlooking the river. The food was amazing and the staff made the whole evening an absolute delight. I will be booking again in the future. Highly recommended.

    Service is always personal, kind, and just the right amount of "attentive." Ambiance, wonderful. Ingredients are always fresh, presentation of food good, taste in our experience has been hit and miss. We still will continue to occasionally dine here for lunch or dinner.

    Food was pretty good especially the grilled veal and pan seared scallops, both cooked to perfection. The culinary team offered a free cookie to my 3 yr old and gave him lots of hearts! Most other staff were quite friendly. The interiors were great with very festive Christmas decorations. The background music was some live rock concert which was a little surprising. It wasnt too loud so its still alright. The food was a bit slow that we waited for almost 45 min for the main dish after our appetisers. Some waiters didn’t introduce the food delivered. Got a wrong order delivered to us but we didn’t notice so we finished them anyway, which was not charged, so we were good. They have a kid’s menu and my kid gave a thumbs up. Not very impressive but not bad either. Overall we enjoyed it.

    The tasty pasta dish was still steaming long after it had been served! There were lots of fresh greens to round out the generous chicken sandwich. The rushing water through the gorge makes dining at the Elora Mill so unique.

    We chose to have our Leadership Team Holiday Lunch at the Elora Mill, and we couldn't have chosen better. The food was incredible. I had the Butternut Squash soup and the Garden Salad with Pan-seared Chicken. Excellent portions, and incredibly delicious. The service was impeccable. Our server was very attentive and made provided such fine service. The restaurant was very inviting, decor was lovely and comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. We finished our lunch with a walk through some of the nearby shops. It was an excellent afternoon and highly recommended. We'll be back!!

    We stopped in for a late lunch. Service was great and everything came out pretty fast. Food was mediocre. I had the “smash” burger and it was just a burger. If you’ve had a good smash burger you would know this wasn’t it. They used way too much of the sauce on top and it because all one flavor. We also had the oysters which we loved! Seemed fresh and the accompaniments were tasty. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich. Overall was good but again way to much sauce.. so much that she had to abandon the sandwich part a just eat it with fork an knife. The reason for the 3 stars is we had heard so much about this place and they just didn’t live up to the hype. We will try it again tho because their reputation deserves a second chance. Perhaps for a later dinner next time.
