At Elm, you are made welcome and treated like one of the family.

Channeling the inspiration of Head Monica Melendez, the Elm kitchen offers a “made with love” seasonal menu where the best produce of the region is the local hero. To add to that, our front-of-house team deliver a simple, stylish experience with warmth.

To round out the evening, Sommelier, Cassandra Schnurr recommend perfectly matched wines from our extensive cellar from both local and international wineries.

Our dinner was beautifully presented as it was delicious. The staff that served us was Jacinta and she was warm and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better celebration for my mother who is visiting from the Philippines.

We were 2 couples. It was easy to book online.We had a variety of main courses. The filet steak was excellent and cooked exactly as ordered. Ambience very good. Staff tried hard but lacked some of the finesse expected at a restaurant projecting itself as a fine dining venue.

The best steak we have ever eaten! One of those meals we’ll always remember and anyone who is traveling to Bright, we will tell them make sure you get the steak at Elm Dining!

Came to Bright 3 years ago but unfortunately Elm was closed. Couldn’t wait to come back and boy was it worth the wait! Delicious food, amazing presentation and the service was top notch. Will definitely come back when we visit Bright again. One of the best dining experiences we have had.

The service was great. The attention to detail by the chef was very impressive. The portions with the 'chef's menu' were generous. The food was tasty and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
