Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

Welcome the New Year at Elizabeth's! Our annual New Year's Eve celebration returns with additional surprises from our Chef, a champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling beverage toast, and more. Our sophisticated and singular experience is the perfect way to reflect on the holiday season and say our farewells to 2024. Our seasonal tasting menu will include additional courses that will be available only on New Year's Eve. Our optional wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings will be curated to match the occasion, with premium and ingenuitive offerings. Tax and gratuity are not included. Tasting menu - $200 per person Non-alcoholic beverage pairing - $100 per person Elizabeth's wine pairing - $125 per person Grand wine pairing - $300 per person

True culinary experience- we give Elizabeth’s 5 stars! Every time I come I check out the menu ahead of time and then when I am there I am amazed at the way the chef has pulled together flavors that truly make dining here an experience. We come here for celebrations (birthday, major accomplishments) and usually get the wine pairing with the meal which I highly suggest if really appreciate the way wine and food compliment each other. The service is unmatched anywhere else- something I miss from my experiences in New York and can’t seem to find anywhere else like it is here. Whether you’re on a plant-based / vegan diet or not- this is the restaurant to come for true culinary art. Most of the diners here are not vegan- they come because the food and service is remarkable.

My favorite place to dine anywhere. Delightful surroundings with lovely service and food that never fails to amaze. Elizabeth is hands-on, making sure her guests have a memorable experience.

Trully gastronomic and chic ambiance, even though no dress code is required. Very nice place for couples and romance. Healthy and tasty! Lots of non-alcoolic beverages (includig non-alcoolic wine and mocktails )

Elizabeth’s delivered an outstanding experience. The six-course vegan meal was delicious, filling, and beautifully crafted. Service was excellent, and meeting Elizabeth herself added a warm, personal touch. Highly recommended!

The service was immaculate and the wine pairing was wonderful. It really paired well with all of the courses. Some of the dishes were not exactly home runs. Certainly unique in flavor profile/combinations but maybe not the most cohesive. The bell pepper sofrita dish in particular had muddied flavors in our opinion. Overall it was still very tasty and enjoyable. The decor is lovely. A great spot for special occasions for sure. Would definitely go back.
