Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

Such an amazing restaurant. The food and the non-alcohol pairing was such a treat! One of the finest meals I have ever had. Can’t recommend Elizabeth enough.

Excellent food, unique dishes. We are not vegan yet enjoy every bite. Service was well above par, some of the best we have ever had. We did the non alcoholic pairing because of activities after dinner and it was very good in both presentation and taste. We will come back to do the alcohol pairing and bring friends.

Amazing experience, great service, fantastic food and excellent wine. I will definitely be returning as their menu evolves. It was very expensive (bordering on too expensive) but the service makes it 5*

Absolutely amazing experience, we were celebrating a birthday and everyone was blown away! 10/10 would recommend to all! Phenomenal service, we did all did the none alcoholic tasting— huge hit! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely experience at Elizabeth's. The staff was outstanding, and we were lucky to get a table in the quieter part of the restaurant so we were very comfortable. We enjoyed most of our 6 course dinner, particularly one of the starters, "Stage Entrance" (celeriac with crisp heirloom carrots) and the main course, a raviolo w/ royal trumpet mushrooms. Other coursed, however, at least one of us felt were overloaded with different ingredients resulting a mishmash of taste. We were disappointed that the guest who is gluten-free, could not get GF bread to soak up the delicious broth. We were also puzzled that a restaurant of this caliber did not offer coffee to round off the dessert. Not crucial but disappointing was the fact that the parking coupon couldn't be scanned by the machine in the garage and the attendant was no help, so we had to pay the full price. I will stress that altogether the good and the specialness of the experience still made it a 4.5 star (if there was such a thing as a half star) evening.

Excellent service provide by Elizabeth’s restaurant. The 3 of us dining felt like Kings and Queens in terms of our dining experience. EVERY dish was a work of art , Deliciously presented and served to us. This restaurant is a fairytale of food in terms of dining. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with our two kids at Elizabeth’s and it was an unforgettable experience a memory to cherish with fondness! From the moment we were greeted on arrival to our departure everyone and everything was perfect. The atmosphere and the service was impeccable. The five course meal was absolutely delicious.
