Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

I can truly say that i completely enjoyed my experience at Elizabeth’s . I’m not vegan or vegetarian but if my meals were prepared in the way they are at Elizabeth’s, i would have not problem becoming vegan/vegetarian. Dish presentations were exquisite.

This was our second time having dinner at Elizabeth's, as it was last time, I expect this dinner to be a point of conversation for months to come or even until the next time we are able to stop in again. Michael, the sommelier, has an amazing skill in pairing wines with each course – I consider myself one to "not really like wine that much" but was left in awe how the wines I may have not enjoyed on their own had become something completely different in context of the courses they were served with.

This restaurant is always a treat. The food is incredibly innovative. There's a very strong possibility that you have not had these dishes before. The wait staff is very attentive. And Elizabeth checks to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Thanks for another great experience.

This restaurant is one of my top two favorites! I love the food, ambience and the staff. It is one of the few restaurants that I've been to lately that you can have a normal conversation and hear your dinner companion. The food is absolutely delicious, innovative and well presented. The timing is perfect! The meal is not rushed and each dish comes out within the perfect amount of time. Their sommelier is excellent with his recommendations and the choices of wines.

Our third visit to the restaurant, our first was long ago when it was still “raw”. As a vegan, nothing can touch the quality, creativity, and elevated qualities lacking anywhere else in the region. That said, it’s expensive. With tip and without alcohol we were well over $300 for the two of us, making this a rare treat… I wish it was more approachable so more people could enjoy it. I was left wondering how many customers were actually vegan or if they were just wealthy people wanting to try something different.

This summer menu was truly exceptional! With the wine pairings a perfect addition! Thank you so much to the entire EGR team who made the evening so special! We had friends staying with us from NZ and my friend said that the dining experience she had last night at EGR was the best dining experience of her life!
