Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

We’ve been coming to Elizabeth’s for Valentine’s Day for more than ten years in a row, for good reason. First, it’s romantic, with wonderful ambiance, thoughtful preset menu options, and lovely service. Second, of course it’s delicious, but in a ways that’s at once a surprising culinary treat while also leaving you full but somehow healthier than when you arrived. If you don’t question, “how did they do that” about their vegan dishes at least a couple times throughout the meal, you just weren’t eating mindfully. And lastly, it’s a consistent, local staple that we can count on, down to Elizabeth herself facilitating things and stopping by the table in the most humble and thoughtful of ways. This place should have a Michelin Star.

What a fantastic dining experience! From the innovative dishes and their remarkable depth of flavor to the attentive staff that went above and beyond to ensure a special Valentine's day experience it was a truly remarkable night. we will definitely be back.

One of the best vegan dining experiences I’ve ever had. The decoration is beautiful and, if you are lucky, you can get couches as a couple to enjoy dining side by side instead of facing one another. Beautiful bar and bathroom, would recommend to any and all. Super pricey though.

Awesome and creative new menu, special for Valentine’s Day weekend. The service was excellent, friendly and accommodating. We rated the noise level “energetic “ because we happened to be seated next to a table where the people were very loud and noisy until they left. The music selection was light jazz and not overwhelming.

I have consistently had a fantastic experience every time I visit this place. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Each visit feels special, and I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail they put into everything. I can't help but love this place; it's become one of my favorites!

We had an incredible evening at Elizabeth's. I feel like the food gets better each time we go, and the service is incredible. The environment is very comfortable and the music is at a level where it creates ambiance, but you don't have to shout at each other to have a conversation. Overall, a great experience, and we will return.

Elizabeth’s is absolutely the best dining experience I have had living as Whole Food Plant Based (Vegan). The atmosphere is elegant while maintaining a level of coziness. Elizabeth and her staff are very attentive. The food was beyond enjoyable. My fellow foodies, I promise you won’t be disappointed with the food or the experience.

We have enjoyed this restaurant for over ten years and the setting and service and thoughtfulness of the food are always fantastic. Last night’s meal was memorable though for how fantastic and balanced and nuanced every dish is. I am a plant based eater and a chef who celebrates the vegetables and on such a level is rare.

This place will be on the Michelin list sometime soon. Put any hesitation about a Vegan menu aside, the creative dishes and service is as good as it gets. Outstanding venue.
