Since I was 5 years old, I’ve been in a restaurant kitchen. It is my life.
Cooking is my passion. My love is my wife, Elizabeth. Her passion is service.

This restaurant is a culmination of our passions, devotions and love.

    The food was excellent, and the server was very friendly. Also enjoyed watching Lake superior while we eat. Even on a windy day.

    We eat here twice a year if not more and we have never had an issue until a minor issue this time around. Overall the food and drinks were great. There was an issue with the bill/tip and we were charged more than we should have - called the staff and spoke with a manager. Manager did not apologize for the situation but did mention to refund the overcharge.

    Service was extremely slow, we had a 6:30p reserv., salad served 1 hr 15 min. later, dinner served @ 8:15p. This was not what we expected, we drove up from down state expecting to have a great dinner and go for a walk, that did not happen. We were not impressed.

    $225 before tip for a very mediocre meal. Calamari appetizer was excellent. Steaks & brussel sprouts were good. Salads, drinks, mushrooms were ok. The corn risotto was terrible. The decor is outdated. I think the play is to have an appetizer and a drink at the bar, which seems to have the best ambience. If you do choose to dine in here, request a table with a water review.

    Food was good. Our bacon wrapped scallops where over cooked but steak and whitefish where perfect. Took 45 min to get a drink and took over 3.5 hours in total.

    Service was terrible. Took forever to get our food within the last year or so definitely gone downhill. Food was average at best.

    Wonderful food, Kylie was absolute wonderful server. Drinks were a lot of fun as well. 100% will be back.

    Food was fantastic as well as the view from the patio of Lake Superior. Service was wonderful and would definitely return.
