With over 80 varieties of loose-leaf teas, The Elixir Tea House has been celebrating cherished tea traditions since 2013. We also offer a wide variety of imported coffees, lattes, and smoothies. Along with an assortment of beer, wine and a full menu of “Lite Bites” to feed your hungry.

We feature a formal presentation with flowers, antique teapots and teacups in the old world style. They were particularly generous with the tea, continuing to encourage us to try more. Our group of 4 went through about 19 pots of tea, and they were still encouraging us to try more. Quality was good too. The food was also good. They made some accommodations for the gluten free member of our group, even though I'd forgotten to give them notice up front. Overall we were very impressed and happy. The only issue was that I'd first made an OpenTable reservation 2 weeks prior and they called me the morning after I made it to tell me they were already full (this was around Christmas time). There was no issue honoring the 2nd reservation weeks later.

If you like high tea, or if you've never had and want to try it, you owe it to yourself to make a reservation for one of the adorable tea rooms at Elixir and treat yourself. I have lived in the area for nearly 4 years and just found this gem. When I arrived, I was surprised to see the wonderful selection of pastries and finger sandwiches awaiting me, and it was difficult to chose from the large selection of teas - but fortunately, the tea is unlimited so I was able to try quite a variety. They also cater to special dietary requests, and the service was just lovely. This is a must go and I plan to return very soon.
