    Terrible experience. Very very loud. Had pizza for appetizer. Was cold and very ordinary. All the pasta dishes were very spicy. Had so much red pepper in them. Ordered dessert but after waiting 20 minutes it didn’t come so we cancelled it and paid the bill which took another 10 minutes to get. Then waited 20 minutes for our valet. I’d give it a minus 10 if I could. Never again

    Food was good, but we felt very rushed. We were eating our salad and the food came. Had a hot fudge sundae, which treat very much disliked first of all the fudge wasn’t hot. It was under the ice cream. For the price they charge. It was a poor value.

    Waiter and food were pretty good however hostess and reception could be better. Was told for nearly 40 minutes past our reservation that they were "cleaning the table" but it wasn't until we happened to stop a manager that our table was miraculously cleaned.

    We go to the Delray location every year with family and this year changed to WPB. We won’t be making this mistake again. Our waiter was okay, but we asked for the kids food first, my daughter’s buttered noodles came after I was done eating my meal and without butter. The waiter came back to tell me he checked with the kitchen and it did have butter on it…I tasted it and it was literally boiled noodles. There was no apology her meal was late, just a stick it to me to try to prove I was wrong. We asked for a second loaf of bread while waiting for her food and it never came. Was overall a very disappointing experience compared to Delray. Though a manager made eye contact, he never did come over.

    Made a reservation for a water view. Suggested that we go to the bar and wait. Reservation 5:00. At 5 went to front to ask how much longer and we’re sat outside by the road. NO WATER VIEW! Windy and cold! Steak was chewy and gristly. Probably would never go back. Noisy and overcrowded!

    We were a party of 8. Per usual, the food was delicious especially the Mulberry Street salad. On the contrary, the service was extremely slow yesterday. It was a good 10 or more minutes before our party was even offered beverages. This trend continued throughout our lunch. In the end, it was about a two hour lunch. Keep in mind we only ordered entrées and non-alcoholic beverages. This was during work hours so a two hour lunch break is not ideal or something we look to achieve. Due to this experience, I don't see us opting for Elisabetta's for future team lunches which is unfortunate because the atmosphere and food are quite desirable.

    Food was amazing. Bread was sooo fresh. Loved the chicken parm and could taste the scratch made Italian love that was created in the kitchen
