Overcooked rubbery pasta, undercooked pizza and weird gloppy lamb dish. Server was lovely and it’s a cool vibe but the food was a total fail. Bummer!

Tough nite for us. We brought our aging parents out for a birthday celebration. Things did not go well. My father has garlic allergy. I called ahead two days earlier and was assured everything was ' made from scratch ' and they could accommodate us with almost every food choice. Once we arrived, it turns out the only choices he had was fish, steak or ' white sauce'. Lamb..no. Chicken parm without tomato sauce...NO. Even the breading had garlic in it. They couldn't make a tomato sauce of any sort without garlic. We've been to many many other Italian restaurants where this was not an issue. Particularly, for gosh sakes, lamb or chicken. I was surprised Elisabetta's couldn't be more accommodating. . We would never had gone here if they were more upfront and informative on the phone. It made everyone uncomfortable . Mom's lasagna was cold and dry ( it was ). The manager's solution was after saying he'll get her a new meal...was to bring it back reheated ( with her original single bite mark still visible) and of course, now even drier. She didn't eat it and it was taken off the table without another offer of something else. Our server was lovely. The manager ( Adam ) , you could have done better. By the end of the night, it was clear they just couldn't wait to get rid of us. A little embarrassing for my wife and I but also, it felt a little rude. Otherwise, our meals were wonderful. As mentioned, the server did the best she could. My wife and I will probably be back. Maybe...not sure. My parents were very upset. Her birthday evening out at age 85 was ruined. A shame.

First time we’ve dined here but not the last! We were very happy with the food and beverages. Our server did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend!!

overall Elisabettas is a great place to eat as everything is made in house and very fresh. I ordered a steak and told the server to please not add any garlic to steak as I am allergic. Of course, the steak came out with garlic and I had to send it back. the replacement steak was too well done which made me wonder if the steak with garlic just had the garlic scraped off of it. I should have sent that back, but it was getting late.

Another great meal with excellent service from Brad. The manager was also very friendly and comped us a budino dessert just to be nice and wish us happy holidays. Just another reason it’s one of our favorite restaurants. Recommendations: Coccoli Fritto amazing appetizer Any homemade pasta or pizza Budino desert

Not sure what makes this establishment so popular? It was recommended by personal friends and enjoys stellar reviews online. The restaurant was busy, so much so, that when we arrived 10 minutes in advance of our reservation, we were told to wait outside until our actual reservation time. The noise level was deafening, food was average at best and service was acceptable. One and one for us.

Our server was amazing! Kind and patient as I was trying to wrangle kittens at the table-JK. Overall we had an amazing Christmas Eve at Elisabetta’s!!!
