Our experience at Elia was amazing! Our server Lenny was entertaining and attentive. Service was excellent. I had the Riverside with Hugo cocktail and the Halibut which was the fish special for the day. Everything was delicious! Kudos to Lenny for making our evening so special. He even showed off his napkin folding skills for us by making a beautiful flower!

No service. Waiter doesn’t know his menu. Left for 30 minutes for new waiter. Service sucks and beware they charge 20% automatically.

Food and drinks were amazing! The restaurant is beautiful both inside and outside. And the service was on point. Look forward to visiting again!

Fui a Elia este pasado domingo a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre. (Reservación 6:45pm Rosie) Es una pena que un restaurante tan hermoso que apenas abrio tenga tan mal servicio. El mesero muy poco amigable. Solo me sonrio a la hora que me trajo la cuenta. Se confundio en la orden de entrada y me dijo que la que se confundió fui yo y me la dejo en la mesa. Como plato principal mi mama ordeno el lamb (costo $50 ) y no tenia mas que dos mordidas de carne. ( nada como en el la foto de advertisement ). Lo demas que se ordenó estaba muy rico. Para concluir el lugar es muy hermoso y la comida es “buena” pero el servicio debería mejorar o nadie regresara a visitarlos. :(

Beautiful place, very well done. From the bar with the huge chandeliers to the relaxing colors I loved the place. I do wish the air conditioner was a little colder due to the fact that the entire wall is open to the terrace, I did get a little hot sitting indoors at 9pm. Also would hate sitting in the small tables for two. I personally hate those tables where you can barely fit the side dishes and main plates! I ordered the branzino which was good, small portion. The lobster spaghetti, lamb chops, octopus appetizer and the meatballs were all good too.

They were busy so the overall service wasn’t great although the waitress herself was good. Half of the meals were good and the other half not so much. Had to return the spicy rigatoni. I think the chef must have accidentally dumped the whole salt bottle in it. Don’t like the fact that you have to go though the mall to get there. You have to park in the garage to get there. Would be much better if they had their own entrance and you could valet. The restaurant is beautiful though and it was nice seeing the boats go down the river.
