Very limited menu. Took servers suggestion on lamb dish and it was very gamey and fatty. Not even my husband who eats everything wouldn't take more than a bite. The peach whisky glaze on it was good, the green beans were so hard it was like eating them off the vine. Returned the meal, but they didn't offer anything else, just "I feel bad for steering you wrong, sorry you didn't like it" and was still charged. So if you don't like it you won't get a replacement, so do not be adventurous if you do eat here. Husband got the 8oz bison bacon wrapped steak (decent, but wouldn't order it over a regular steak in the future) and risotto (best thing we ate). We ended up going to Longhorn after for second dinner for him and first for me, and were much happier there and spent what we did for both us to eat and desserts for his one steak. My opinion is eat somewhere else. The bathrooms and doors were also locked to the main room so that was a little inconvenient. View was nice, staff seemed attentive, clean, but would definitely spend my money elsewhere.

It’s fine but not as advertised or for the price. Average dining area. Food was ok but not worth over $200 for two people. I asked for my filet mignon to be medium. It was medium well on one side then raw on the other. Staff tried but they were short and not as attentive as they could be. Again, it was overall fine but not worth the price at all.

Let's start with the good stuff. Skylaranna is in a lovely setting, and our server, Nathalie could not have been more friendly. She was really trying hard. Now to the not so good. First of all it was my wife's birthday, and she wanted to try somewhere new. We eat out a good bit, and I prefer the tried and true. This was our chance to go somewhere different for a fun meal. Skylaranna looked like an interesting setting, and we had pulled up the menu from the resort website. The restaurant is called a chophouse, so we were looking forward to a first class steak dinner. See the pictures of the menus still posted on their website. Unfortunately, when we arrived the place was nearly empty. The view from the outside dining area was lovely, but it was too hot for us. Admittedly, that was not the restaurant's fault. So we chose a table inside. The atmosphere inside is hard to describe. It is certainly not fine dining. I would say it is a country inn dining room with the modern twist of conference center furniture and strange led lighting. We were offered a wine list only to discover that most of the bottles were not available. We finally selected a bottle that was in stock. Next we were told that there was a new chef that day; therefore, the menu was limited. Limited is a nice way of saying that it had been cut in half. None of the House Specials were on the menu at all. However, the most disappointing thing was the situation with the Chophouse Selections. Note that their web menu offers either a 4 or 8 oz filet served with a baked potato and spinach for $32 or $49. On the night we visited, there was only a filet (no size indicated) for $49. AND adding a baked potato ($10) and green beans ($8) (spinach was not a choice) represented a significant increase in price. Bait and switch is an understatement. The steaks were mediocre at best. Would we go back? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Natalie was our server. She was excellent. Very attentive and came back often to check on us. I had the NY Strip topped with “lump” crab. The steak was cooked properly, but the crab seemed like it just came out of a can. It certainly wasn’t lump crab. The dish was served with their house steak sauce which I was not fond of. It would have been nice to have another selection. My wife had the shrimp and grits and said that it was good. The 20% discount for being a local resident (Tuesday’s) was a nice touch.

We came here for Father’s Day and had a meal and experience. The patio is darling and the service was incredible. We’re so excited to come back and book a stay here to lounge by the pool and explore the grounds. Highly recommend checking this place out.

The restaurant's interior is elegant and stylish, creating a lovely setting for a meal. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything I tried was exceptional. I went for the roasted duck breast, which was cooked to perfection and full of rich, savory flavors. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The entire experience was superb, and I highly recommend Elevations to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
