My husband, my father, and I stopped at elevation bistro on our way home from a funeral. The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. I had the lemon caper chicken with roasted root vegetables and husband and dad both got the pork chops. Reed, our waiter was friendly, helpful, and had great beer recommendations. Would definitely dine there again!

We came on Sat, June 29th, in the evening. We were seated and greeted immediately and asked for cocktail orders. I had an old fashioned and wife got a whisky sour. Both were excellent. Appetizers were caprese salad and ciabatta bread with butter. Both were excellent, especially the caprese salad as the tomatoes were fresh from a farm just down the highway. Mains were bucatini pasta with pomodoro sauce and lemon caper chicken. We waited for quite awhile while everyone around us was getting served food and who came in after we had already been there for awhile. Our server came and apologized as the kitchen had lost the ticket and they were making it now and we received 20% off. We were fine with that we were enjoying our cocktails still. Our entrees finally came and I could tell some passion was put into that food because it was piping hot and was full of flavor. It was worth the mild wait. Outstanding food and our server was so kind.

Our 2nd time to eat here and it was as delicious as the first! Great pork chop and lemon piccata chicken!

The food was delicious. Rarely my wife and I both leave a restaurant so satisfied. One of the better meals I have had.

The food was superb. The service was excellent. The only negative is that it is quite pricy which will unfortunately keep me from coming back except for special occasions. $55 for the steak $45 for grouper. I chose the less pricy shrimp plate at $27 and it was delicious. The fried green tomatoes were amazing and the warm pecan bread pudding with vanilla ice cream was OMG decadent.
