L'Élevage propose un menu artisanal faisant vivre à la fois le passé et le présent. Aménagé au sein de l'Epicurean Hotel, établissement à visée gastronomique, et mettant à l'honneur les traditions du Bern's Steak House, le restaurant oeuvre avec passion et fierté. Utilisant des ingrédients premium de première fraîcheur et les préparant avec modernité, le chef Chad Johnson, semi-finaliste à deux reprises du James Beard Award et le chef de cuisine Jonathan Atanacio confèrent à leurs passions culinaires un charme nostalgique aux accents d'enfance, agrémenté d'une touche signature. Le concept de "fusion entre nostalgie et nouveauté" se reflète dans chaque élément tel le décor fait de bois récupérés et de touches industrielles. L'Élevage Bar and EDGE Social Drinkery sert des boissons artisanales. La carte des vins aux accents cosmopolites est sélectionnée par la famille Bern. We truly love dining at Elevage. This was the first time we had a disappointing meal. We had ordered the Homage to Berns on a visit a couple years ago and loved it: french bread stacked high with juicy medium-cooked sliced steak and a touch of grilled onion slices. Last evening we ordered it again, and it was nothing like before. The sandwich was on sliced bread and entirely fried...only a tiny amount of meat that was over cooked and dry with a lot of fried onions inside. It was served with four very small and greasy fried onion rings, rather than the delicious shoestring french fries served before. Sorry to say this was NOT an homage at all!

Nice ambience, beautifully decorated, great service, nice wine selection. I had the short rib and the flavors were excellent! We will be back!

Great experience. Our second time at this restaurant. I love it. Great steak and the sides are outstanding. Our waiter Frank was on point. Looking forward to the next time.

Dined for lunch post a spa massage with my girlfriend. Enjoyed a delicious kale salad with added salmon. The portion size was perfect… Not gigantic. The service was attentive and friendly. There was a group of six ladies lunching who were a bit noisy - they seemed to be having a blast. Didn’t bother us but just wanted to note the room might get louder if the dining area is full.

Jordan was a very attentive server but we didn’t feel rushed at all. Scallop entree excellent. Great selection of high end bourbons at reasonable prices.
