L'Élevage propose un menu artisanal faisant vivre à la fois le passé et le présent. Aménagé au sein de l'Epicurean Hotel, établissement à visée gastronomique, et mettant à l'honneur les traditions du Bern's Steak House, le restaurant oeuvre avec passion et fierté. Utilisant des ingrédients premium de première fraîcheur et les préparant avec modernité, le chef Chad Johnson, semi-finaliste à deux reprises du James Beard Award et le chef de cuisine Jonathan Atanacio confèrent à leurs passions culinaires un charme nostalgique aux accents d'enfance, agrémenté d'une touche signature. Le concept de "fusion entre nostalgie et nouveauté" se reflète dans chaque élément tel le décor fait de bois récupérés et de touches industrielles. L'Élevage Bar and EDGE Social Drinkery sert des boissons artisanales. La carte des vins aux accents cosmopolites est sélectionnée par la famille Bern. The food (steak and brussel sprouts) were delicious and just the nicest waiter in the world! Also really appreciated the Old Fashioned with a clear ice cube.

The noise from the bar dominated the ambiance in the dining room. The food was uninspiring. Way too expensive for the quality of the experience.

Décor is cool and comfortable. Service was great! Food was ok, nothing great. French toasts were mushy and even though description called for “Grand Marnier macerated strawberries” the dish literally only had like 1 strawberry chopped in little pieces.

Octopus carpaccio was wonderful, as was the diver scallops with pea risotto. Great service, good selection of unique cocktails, a comprehensive wine list.

Stefanie our server, was very attentive, welcoming and continuing to ask if she could help us in anyway. Food was very good, and better than the last time we had been there. They continually offered to assist us to make our experience better.

The food was good my husband and I almost kicked our plates!! 😂 we are already planning a trip back. He had the pork chop and I had the filet.
