This was perhaps my worst service experience in the last few years. After sitting down, it took 15 minutes to be greeted and then another 10 before we could even place a drink order. Our waitress was overwhelmed (she told us this multiple times) and apologized for having to use the bathroom a few times. My food came out at a reasonable time, but the food of the person I was eating with didn’t come out until 20 minutes AFTER mine did. All-in-all, not a good experience. I’ve eaten here a few times before without incident, but this is really making me reconsider my patronage.

Best bet is to just get a beer at the bar. If getting food, the wait is 45 mins. Today took 40 mins just to get our drinks. Server never returned to check if we needed anything. Food was bland. Definitely not eating there again.

Never got the bread pudding desert that we waited for a long time for. We had to leave before it ever got there.

We got the last table and told the waiter when we needed to leave. He was busy but accommodated getting us in and out. Location is very convenient to the theaters but with an English pub feel it is relaxed rather than formal.

It was our server’s first day on the job and it showed. She was busy too. Our drinks arrived late, halfway through our meal. This occurred even when we mentioned it and also had to ask for silverware. I asked for a medium burger and it was pink inside, obviously a rush grilling. Hopefully this was just an off night that was very busy.

There was something off about the service the night we went. One of our party got their salad, bit without the chicken in top. Another never got the right order at all.

Enjoyed sampling all the pies with their Pie Flight option. A customer requested one of the tv's show an English football (soccer) match and the manager put it on for them. Felt like proper English pub! Brilliant! Cheers!

Great food, great service. Was there during happy hour for an early dinner and it was energetic, but we were seated in the dining area and the sound didn't bother us. Was our first time here and would happily go back, if I ever find myself needing to be in the area.
