Place was pretty packed (big Soccer Game on TV). Luckily, we did make a reservation and were seated relatively quickly. Service was quick, Food was good

We had dinner last night as a party of six. Two family members were visiting from out of town so we were hoping for a nice experience. Elephant & Castle delivered! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Most importantly, they didn’t try to push us along. We were able to have a great evening in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

Server was great, appetizer was forgotten, and was brought out after main course was served. All 3 dishes tasted awful, and appetizer was not very good. Server was nice and tried hard, but dishes were not good, and poor quality of food and taste. My French dip was mushy with awful taste, the wraps were mushy and the salad was terrible. The Shepard pie was maybe the best dish but still very mushy/didn't seem fresh or hot.

Great food and fast service! Ideal if you’re headed to the Nederlander for a show! It was well priced and just the right amount of food. British fare at it’s best!

The downtown Chicago location of Elephant & Castle was delightful .. and so yummy! The "Wee Bit of Pie" pie flight was so delicious. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. And pricing was very reasonable, especially for a restaurant in the loop in Chicago. I highly recommend.
