My advise for anyone dining there is to have the Arroz caldoso con bogavante. It was outstanding. It is struggle for 2 people to get through it but worth the effort.

The food here is so fresh and delicious. Most authentic Spanish food we’ve eaten in Glasgow. Good sized portions. The large selection of tapas was great. We loved the garlicky mushrooms and the tomato and red onion salad was so tasty. Everything we ate was delicious. Very friendly and efficient service. This is our third time here and definitely will return.

Service was fast and friendly. However seems to have lost its spark and found tonight’s experience extremely overpriced for a very underwhelming experience

This is a great place - looks nothing special from the street but the food is fabulous and the staff friendly and helpful. Would 100% go back there - totally recommended.

Helpful, Knowledgeable Staff. Great Service. Great Food, Really good ambiance. Portions a little larger than many Tapas places. So keep this in mind when ordering. You can always add to your order if needed. This was our first visit to Elena's, we will definitely be back Great experience from start to finish.

Me and my lady went here on Saturday for dinner and it was great. We took a table outside to enjoy the sunshine and were well taken care of by the friendly staff. We had the calamares, patatas bravas and garlic aioli, and the mussels in a creamy white wine sauce and all were outstanding. The highlight was the goats cheese and walnuts..superb. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to sample really good Spanish food. We shall most definitely be back.

Started off really well, sat outside in the sun with a lovely mojito. When it was time for our table there was a problem with double booking, however within 20 mins we were led to our table. Unfortunately, one of the tapas we ordered ( GF Spanish Chicken Croquettes) had not been supervised in the kitchen correctly before being brought to our table. The breadcrumbs were warm but it was only once it was in my mouth and bitten into, did I discover the chicken was frozen solid. This was very off putting to say the least. Again this was a shame as apart from the asparagus coating being rather burnt, the other tapas were fine. When informed, the staff took the frozen croquettes away and we were offered a new plate of food and a complimentary dish. I think the thing we were most surprised about was the fact there was frozen food being served, and then if the kitchen knew that frozen chicken was part of the menu, that skewers should have been used to check it was cooked right through before serving - especially as it was chicken! Definitely some tightening up of food leaving the kitchen needs worked on to ensure no customer ends up with this happening to them again.
