    After arriving for my booking and being left stood outside for 5 minutes we spotted the desk inside. Again waited to be seen by the waiter to say I had a booking and was shown to my table, we then waited 13 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us in which a waitress asked us what type of water and brought over luke warm tap water from the fridge and then left again even though I was with the drinks menu open ready to order. At that point me and my partner got up and left to not even be acknowledged in almost 15 minutes after seeing nearly 10 wait staff walking around is just down right disappointing. For such a high rated and very pricey restaurant you think service would be key. Such a disappointment and completely ruined date night as then we had to go find somewhere else to eat

    In all honesty I expected a lot more from this restaurant. The crab tasted like it was off and smelt terrible. The sirloin steak tasted like it had been frozen for weeks. For the price you're paying you can get better elsewhere. The waiters were running around like crazy. They kept forgetting what our order was and didn't know what dish went to what table. We discussed our drinks so many times with the waitress and got served barcadi when we asked for kraken. We wouldn't eat here again.

    Quick to remind you of the max 1.5 hour seating per booking as soon as you walk in. They take there time giving you the drinks and food. But as soon as it gets close to the end of that period they are so quick to pick up the plates and rush you out of there, food is also average for what you pay for.

    Elements Walsh Bay was an awesome location for our Xmas Party. Service ( Maddie ) was exceptional, food delicious and in large servings. Great location and a really nice feel. Would highly recommend.

    Great lunch time experience. We had the bottomless bruch. Great value and very generous with the drinks. Steak was excellent too! Many thanks to Nico and the team for looking after our group making it a very special lunch.

    Great food and location. We enjoyed the Tbone steak. I love the Portobello mushroom as well. The coffee is great too! The servers are very attentive which is great.

    We ordered the Wagyu Sirloin steaks medium rare. The steaks arrived and they were completely overcooked and cold. The waiter (who was fantastic) agreed, apologised and took the steaks back. Its the second time in my life, I raised a concern around food, but at $130 per steak, I thought it warranted the response. The manager arrived and started arguing with us that the food was perfectly cooked after measuring the temp. The steaks were already cold when they arrived. He said they were going to reheat them (which exacerbated the problem) and they brought them back. We paid the $500 plus bill without eating further and went elsewhere for dinner. Both waiters came to apologise and said the manager was new.

    This is the best restaurant i have tried in sydney. Fantastic view with water on the both side. The food was delicious. definitely visiting them again before i leave.
