Service so bad. Celebrating a birthday and was so disappointed with the service. Took 45 mins to take order. Over an hour for drinks to arrive. Food then took another hour to arrive. Disappointed with the food. Ordered more drinks just before food arrived. They never came. We had to eat our meals with only table water. Then they tried to charge us for them. The restaurant was not even half full. We have previously eaten at the Haberfield restaurant and loved it so very surprised at this terrible service. Very sorry we booked this restaurant today. Not the way I wanted to spend my birthday lunch.

The restaurant was too understaffed so everything was was slow. The steaks were overcooked. Other foods were fine.

Everything was great, however it was my daughter’s 14th bday, which I had advised in advance. When they brought the dessert out they forgot to put a lil candle, which is not a big deal at all, but i kinda hoped they did. It’s good to remember these small things. Overall great though.

My team had an amazing experience celebrating our Christmas lunch at Elements Bar and Grill. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our end-of-year celebration. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly. It was a really enjoyable afternoon that brought our team closer together, and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue to wrap up the year. Highly recommended!

I've been to the other Elements restaurants in Darlinghurst and Pyrmont. This evening my friend and I wanted to try the Tomahawk steak and Tommy margarita deal, and decided to go to Walsh Bay. My experience at these restaurants thus far has been consistent. Great food, great atmosphere (especially at Walsh Bay where the views and decor are on another level) and excellent service. Tonight, Nico took our order and made sure we enjoyed our dinner and time at the venue. We ordered an entree of Buffalo Calamari to go with our tomahawk. Recommend! The tomahawk steak was incredible not only in its size but texture and flavour. It melts in your mouth! They take it out and finish preparing and cutting it at your table for added theatrics. This didn't affect me, but if you have dietary requirements, it seems like they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back.

The drinks orders took over 20 minutes and when we asked again they didn’t bring the right order. One of the staff members was very helpful but overall the service was poor. We asked for the steak medium rare but then came out medium well done which wasn’t the best considering the bistecca steak cost 160 dollars.

Terrible service. I made a reservation. When I arrived there was no host to greet me and show me to a table. I had to go to bar to ask to be seated. I waited 10 minutes for a server and no one came. Again I went to bar to ask them to send a server over. Got my drink and appetizer. I waited 20 minutes for a server to come by and take my order for main dish. Again no one came by. I went to up to another server and asked for my bill, paid, and left to have dinner at another restaurant.

The food was lovely but considering we were one of the first groups there and our food took over an hour to come out, was quite disappointing no matter how good it tasted. We were also charged for an extra beer which we didn’t actually have and it wasn’t realised by the one who paid until he was with the rest of the group again.

Excelent experience, just my Ribs slow cooking didn't look slow cooking. May be because it was in sale. I don't know.
