A sister restaurant to Soho House & Co’s Electric Diner Portobello, expect everything from burgers and bagels to salads and cheesecake, with plenty of shakes and cocktails.

Electric Bar & Diner serves breakfast, brunch and all-day classics. Eat-in at the counter or in one of the plush red leather booths or grab a coffee and a slice of pie to go from the dessert counter.

Tables of 7+ require a deposit of £25pp which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show and will need to order from a set menu of £55 per person.

Please be advised bookings cannot be made for drinks only. Pets, other than registered guide dogs are not permitted at The Ned. We will try to accommodate pushchairs where possible but please be aware there may not be space at the table. If you would like to request a highchair or for further information please contact the restaurant directly.

Please note The Ned reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation either ahead or upon arrival.

Really enjoyed our visit. Wait staff were very attentive and the one chap with the glasses was a superstar and really looked after us. Food was good - brisket, Philly Cheesecake, salad and fries. All really nice. Wasn't too busy on Saturday night around 7pm so wasn't too noisy. We really had a good time. It is a little pricey compared to other places but it's a premium location so somewhat understandable. I'd recommend for anyone looking for an American style food treat.

Amazing Atmosphere & Fantastic Food! I recently visited the Electric Bar & Diner at The Ned, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant’s stylish, retro vibe combined with the stunning architecture of The Ned makes for a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The menu offers a fantastic range of classic American dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the mac and cheese was rich and creamy—comfort food at its best! Their cocktails were also excellent, expertly crafted with a great balance of flavors. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, which really enhanced our dining experience. Overall, Electric Bar & Diner is perfect for a casual meal or a night out with friends. The lively atmosphere, tasty food, and great service make it a must-visit spot in London. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Great atmosphere and amazing food. The mac and cheese and the cherry cobbler were outstanding. We would definitely come back.

Really lovely time, only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because of the wait staff was literally standing by our table the whole time and it felt uncomfortable to eat, felt like eyes were staring at us the whole time. Other than that, food was great!

We had a birthday meal here in one of the booths- burger was amazinggg! Big shout out to Miguel who looked after us so well! Had a really lovely meal and great hospitality from Miguel. Thank you!

We were at The Ned celebrating my sons 21st birthday. He wanted to go to the brunch buffet but unfortunately it was fully booked despite trying to make a reservation weeks in advance, so, we booked the American diner instead as my son really wanted to go The Ned so I thought this would be a good compromise. Underwhelming it was. A very limited unimaginative menu and very little atmosphere. At 2pm Sunday most of the tables were empty (all in the brunch I guess) . The food was very mediocre, no better than any other burger/rib restaurant I've been to, and despite me advising in advance we were there for a special occasion nobody made an effort to make my son feel special on his birthday other than the onligatory brownie with a candle brought to the table at the end of the meal... but brought to us while he wasn't even sitting there as he'd poppedto the bathroom!! Overall very disappointing and especially more so because despite it being quiet so really no excuses, nobody went out of their way to make our experience memorable in any way. Disappointing to say the least Ned. 😞

Love the Ned but felt very rushed yesterday, had hardly been seated and was told the time we had to leave the table which would give us one hour fifteen to order and eat and I thought it was one hour thirty if you were eating. Waitress was lovely but found the waiters quite abrupt and unfriendly
