Buffet was very busy and more servers were needed. A large group came at the same time we arrived so it was difficult to get drinks, and we were unable to use the omelette station due to long lines

Usually we have an amazing time but this time was a little disappointing. Our usual server wasn’t there and the one we had wasn’t very attentive, some of the food had flies all over, quite a few stations had dirty plates, it just wasn’t as good as usual.

Went for my daughters birthday food was great everybody enjoyed themselves great customer service definitely will be returning

Service was fantastic, however the steak in the carne asada burrito was too rubbery to eat. Notified our server and he was very apologetic. He offered a replacement entree but we declined. Ultimately, he was able to remove the meal from our check, which was the right thing to do since it was generally inedible. Otherwise, the experience was good. One not-so-great meal will not keep us from returning to this location, been coming for years and this really was a first.

Dining at El Torito in the bar was a blast! It was the place to be! Even my sports loving husband was excited by the energy generated by patrons (Could it be the margaritas?) watching track & field Olympic competitors and the LA Dodgers trounce Philadelphia. Happy hour was in full force so we ordered guacamole and tortilla chips to munch on Our server Daniel was very attentive and helpful all night. Please send him our thanks! I am an Xperience rewards member and thought that a dessert was our reward that evening. However, Daniel came back after checking the system and advised our reward was actually the house made guacamole prepared table side or an appetizer. He suggested that we return to take advantage of the reward next time. The Carne Asada steak was cooked perfectly rare, the way I like it. There was also a cheese enchilada, which I saved to eat the next day along with leftover steak, pinto beans and veggies. Actually, neither of us could eat another bite. We'll get a fabulous dessert another day.

We had a wonderful brunch with breakfast and lunch items. Ernesto was our server. He is absolutely the best. He checked on our table regularly. He is so friendly and accommodating.

Went for lunch on Wednesday with 5 coworkers to celebrate a birthday. Pleasantly surprised the restaurant was not busy, and had lots of seating options available. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was excellent - not greasy and tasted fresh. The value was also of the best in the area, especially their lunch options. The best part was that they brought out a large piece of flan and sang happy birthday to my coworker. El Torito is awesome.

Experience was great one of the best since I’ve been back in California. One of the fewest servers and customer service that spoke to my daughter when she showed the server Eduardo/Edward her phone and had a little conversation with her even though he was busy. As we are from Pennsylvania and is one of the things my 3year old and us miss as a family is the ambience and great customer service we appreciate when they take the time to communicate and time to share with there customers but also small children.
