    Everything was great except the fact that a lot of the food was either salty or had zero to none. A lot of the “clean” dishes were dirty as well.

    Food was excellent, but it seemed service was under staffed. Long waits to see your server.

    I checked the website at 9am and there was a reservation at 10:15 so I booked it quick. We normally go to Ontario but there was no reservations. Once we checked in we were seated within10- 15 minutes!! That was a great time since it was super busy. Our waitress wasn’t as good , we had to wait for plate settings after we already were sitting with our food but the waitress next to us was GREAT. She was actually very helpful although we weren’t her table. She had two braides with highlighted hair. She was smiling the whole time and I was impressed watching her work. I’m like I wish we had her. If you’re management please give her praise. She was serving on the top level on the side of the buffet. Sadly we asked for menudo with just hominy but it never came although our waitress said it was possible to get some for our son. Also we were told no special orders so we couldn’t order pancakes but the other waitress said we can order. Overall the food was delicious. We did have to wait for waffles but no biggie it was busy. They ran out plates for the shrimp station but once we let someone know they brought some out within a few minutes. It was a great Father’s Day Brunch. Shoutout to the busers and management for clearing out tables as quickly as possible. Front Desk were extremely busy but still greeted everyone with a smile although I’m sure they were stressed !

    Took my mom for Mother’s Day. We had 12:30 reservations but we didn’t get seated until 1:40. They had stopped putting brunch food out so we paid for brunch but nothing was available and they refused to put anything else out. Very disappointing.

    Reservations are pointless if the time means nothing. I made reservations for my daughter and I on Mother's Day for brunch buffet. I left after waiting 45 minutes. My table was ready an hour past my reservation time. Utterly ridiculous. I would barely even have time to eat at their Sunday brunch which was my whole point in going. Terrible customer service. It was hot and chaotic in there anyways. Super disappointed considering I was looking forward to it for weeks and it was supposed to be a treat. Boooo El Torito, boooo!!!
