    I made this reservation for 12 people to celebrate a retirement for a fellow employee. The staff at El Torito was great. We went just as they opened for lunch. Our table was ready. They helped us with storing a cake, which they gave us plates a a knife to cut. They responded to every request that we asked for including to turn the AC Down. They were very accommodating and took pictures at the end of our lunch for us. The food was great and I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was priced! This has not been my experience in many restaurants lately. I was very impressed with El Torito and I hope to go back soon because the food was so good, and so was the environment, especially all of the staff.

    I had a reservation at 12:15pm and 30 minutes into waiting to be seated, I was told there were still 10 parties waiting to be seated ahead of me. So many people who made reservations waited more than an hour to get in. It was a disaster. I left.

    They honored our reservation time on Fathers Day, we were very impressed because it was very crowded! It was truly a fun and yummy experience!

    Great spot for brunch. A little limited selection but still plenty of good food.

    Good food and service but the back room we were placed in was so loud that conversation was difficult because everyone around us was shouting to be heard.

    We waited over an hour for our food. Some items were hot as others were cold on the same plate. Service was slow-under staffed in the kitchen.

    We made a reservation for Mother’s Day brunch. By the time we were seated the brunch was over. We waited at our table 45 minutes just for the waitress to take our drink order. That was after we walked over to the waitress and asked who was waiting on us.

    The place was not clean nor professional. I had a 2:15 pm reservation and wasn't seated until 3:30 pm and only because I went back to ask if my table was ready. the food was COLD did nit taste goos AT ALL. I had to ask for them to clean the table. I had to ask for napkins and water to be brought to the table for five people. One of my family members order a bacon burger and the bacon was not cooked and we asked twice for them to bring him cooked bacon. never came. I will never return to this location.
