Milvia was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and always checked in on us. Our mimosas were constantly being filled. Food was delicious.

Every bit of the experience was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and personable. Fully bilingual, which was great because our table was so mixed. I have never liked guacamole and the way it was made fresh right in front of us and seasoned perfectly, it’s the first time I actually ate it. It was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to visiting again!

Came here for a quick bday outing/date on A Happy Sunday for hubby It was little unfortunate that we had to wait 30 minutes till we can order from the regular menu/or wait another 20 minutes on top of that to explore the bar food specials… We proceeded to order the tacos /combo plate in which on a normal day that would be ok however it was his bday :/ and apparently food was not to our expectations :( and decided the bar food was actually better !!! For half the price we just wished we opted for that instead -Totally disappointed We kept asking for water and drinks but also waited a very long time for that as well. We usually go to El Torrito grill” restaurants because of this but took a chance And not doing that again. However they sang Happy Birthday which was nice and we so appreciated that! We like El Torrito vibe just this time it wasn’t

Our server was good. The food was mostly good. It was Thanksgiving and I appreciate El Torito being open.

Was disappointed no roast beef like last year, meat line was slow although the woman was polite. Food lacking in flavor despite an abundance. Deserts were very small in portions. All the personal were very polite and helpful.

Excellent service, champs was flowing, dirty plates removed promptly. Food was good, some items kept not quite hot enough. Good variety though.

Love the Thanksgiving Buffet thank you so much for the kids’ buffet it’s got everything my kids love French fries, chicken tenders, little breaded hotdogs. Your tacos and fresh tortillas are fantastic!! Salada verde is my favorite. The Thanksgiving spread is wonderful

When it stated it would be a thanksgiving buffet we were excited but it was a huge let down food was not very good. Rice was hard. Pastor taco meat was burn to the point it was black. It was more of a regular Sunday brunch and seemed like a lot of left overs were used. Incredibly disappointed because we have been to this location for Sunday brunch and it was great. Left hungry don’t know if we will ever return. Sad thanksgiving day for us. But the salad was good. Our server was great !

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We had reservations at 2 pm. We had to wait for a couple of minutes to be seated which is fine but this is where it goes down hill. We wait 10 WHOLE MINUTES before we had to go find someone to assist us with simply taking down our order. The server never showed up afterwards. WHAT’S WORSE: we saw our server and another server pointing out our tables for whatever reason . YOU NEVER DO THAT IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: Always be professional. We waited 20+ minutes and no one came by to our table. UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to find the manager and let him know what happened while my mother went to find the hostess. The manager clearly saw nothing was brought to our table and said “Not good” The hostess had to find a Spanish speaker for my mother and asked why no one wanted to help us. At this point we were done and as soon as we were leaving the slander said they will bring the drinks. I told him “No. We are done” The manager said “Thank you. Sorry” He is not an effective manger The other hostess was trying to apologize but at this point, the damage was done. I told her “Horrible Customer service” We walked out. We will not be coming back to that unprofessional and probably one of the worst customer service a restaurant has ever shown.

Food was pretty good and our server was great, but the hostess was extremely rude/tired and unprofessional, and the decor was dated.
