The Baja combo is no longer on menu. I will have to find a new Mexican restaurant. I can’t believe they canceled the Baja combo.

It was Father’s Day so restaurant was super busy. Service was slow (understandably) but good. Our server, Maria, was very nice, cheerful & responsive.

We had a reservation for 13 at 1 o’clock and did not get seated till 1:40. They did extend the brunch till three. I know it was overwhelming on a day like today Father’s Day our waitress/server did not come to our table and offer us mimosas or alcoholic beverages after we asked her various times, we did pay the brunch price and did not get all the services that we normally do on Sunday brunch it was a little disappointing to not have full service of Sunday. Brunch with mimosas . overall food is great .

DO NOT visit this place on a holiday. We just went for Fathers Day and it was horrible. First off, we made a reservation a couple weeks back, only to arrive the day of and be told the reservations don't really matter as there were no seats or tables ready for our party. We may have a 1 hour wait, which is ridiculous after having a reservation. Next after complaining, were seated right away, however we were walked through the actual restaurant building to be led OUTSIDE into an overflow plaza area that was hot and humid and disgusting. We sat at rental tables and fold out chairs you would use at a backyard party where neighboring suites had student nurses waking in and out of their suite passing right by our tables as we ate. After no air was felt whatsoever, I complained and was finally brought over a swamp cooler that tossed humid air around the area. For $40 a head this was THE WORST experience ever, being ashamed that I brought my father for his day. No one said we might sit in the overflowed area of the neighboring plaza, in the humid air with a swamp cooler. In order to make more money this restaurant over booked itself and gave crappy service to loads of customers. No wonder we were able to "reserve"... it was outright disgusting. The food was okay. but the ambiance was horrible. felt like i was at my family's backyard gathering in the hot summer day. - which would have been better than this experience in every way. Totally disgusted and El Torito should be ashamed.

Our reservations were at 10:00 am n we got there 5 min early .. they called us in 4 min .. perfect ..seating was nice booth and we enjoyed the many things to pick from , omelet bar , taco bar , seafood, Mexican food, and UNLIMITED CHAMPAGNE WITH ORANGE JUICE FOR MAMOSA IF U WANTED !! Our server was great .. 5 stars Glasses kept full n picked up empty plates … Full of of people but never had to wait longer then 2 min for omelet bar or taco bar .. food fresh too .. Haven’t been there in a while but will definitely go back .. thank you EL TORITO ONTARIO
