    We had bad service… the waiter never came to check on us, we had to keep calling them for refills and to order. We had nothing to drink while eating and had to ask for refills and waters as well but didn’t arrive until after we finished eating. We also had to wait and ask for the bill, which took long as well. Appetizers were delicious but the dinner food was okay. The Sunday Brunch I think is better!

    Buffet style experience. Food was cold. None of it was good. Even the desserts were disappointing. Had reservations and they sat us next to the door to the patio and it was cold and we had a baby. Asked for a different table but they couldn’t help us. Too expensive for the value. Was nice that they were open for Xmas though.

    The minute you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed and treat well. Yes, the noise level was a little high but it was very full of families enjoying their Christmas feast. The food was delicious and enough variety for everyone in your group. The staffs were very efficient but made you feel very welcomed. I would go back for the next holiday event. Price was very reasonable per person.

    A delicious variety of Mexican food. The Al pastor meat with handmade tortillas especially were delicious. The Mimosas were very good as well. Our server was amazingly attentive. We had a wonderful meal.

    ← El Torito VIEW BUSINESS 11 months ago Absolutely fantastic chain of Californial Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere, food and service are always on point, no matter the location. The chips and salsa are delightfully vibrant flavors, with fresh, perfectly crispy chips. Their spicy salsa is fire. Our server was helpful and prompt, answering any questions and making suggestions. Happy hour options are extensive and offered Monday through Friday at participating locations, you can check their website to see who's participating

    We had a reservation for lunch. When we got there, there was a party of 5 which walked in as we walked in but before us. After about 10 minutes a person showed up to greet patrons and asked them first how many were in the party and then asked us and I mentioned that we had a reservation, That party (who did not have a reservation) was seated before us!! After that we waited another 20 minutes to be seated! I know they were busy but what is the purpose of making a reservation????? When we finally were seated, all of a sudden a party of about 30 people went for the buffet which meant another 20+ minutes to get food. when I mentioned our frustration I was told that they (the 30 people) had a reservation.... HELLO.... SO DID WE!!!!!
