Welcome to El Thrifty CLT where Eat, Drink, Play is all we know. Located just below Optimist Hall we offer over 6000 sq. feet of fun and authentic fare. Shuffle Board, Corn hole, Duckpin bowling, Pool, Jenga, Foosball, Cards against humanity, Uno, and more. In addition to a lot of space we offer an extensive food and beverage menu that can be enjoyed inside our dining room, on our front patio, or on our covered back patio. We take pride in having the largest tequila and mezcal offering in NODA. To top it off we have amazing daily specials to make your day and we accommodate parties of any size. We came in for a birthday party, it was very quiet being a mid week evening. Food was delish, and our server was great in personality and service. We did have to ask for water after the table finished all that we originally had, however we did not need anything else. Service was prompt and food fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the chimichangas!

Service was terrible. Server was busy checking her phone and chatting with the food expeditor to check on us. The food runner didn't even know the names of the food. Food was decent and price was spot on. I get why this is likely a spot to drink while snacking and not a sit down restaurant.
