I must confess to being disappointed with the paella. One would expect this to be of a very high standard, but it missed out in several areas. It, in my opinion, lacked authenticity; very small chicken pieces, the peppers few in number and thinly cut, no chorizo, and it did not have the typical crusty layer of rice at the bottom of the paellera (the socarrat). Shame, it's a bustling happy place, decently priced with good service.
