                                    Reasonably good food but at lower value compared to many restaurants in the area. There mark up on a glass of wine was very high much more than most. There were no alternatives to people who did not want to pay $18 for a glass of wine. The place was not that busy. That would be understandable since there are better options.

                                    Everyone in contact with us at EDK wished my friend a Happy Birthday. I had noted it was a birthday on the reservation but didn't ask for anything special. The squash soup. followed by paella and steak fritte were so delicious and savory, we had no room for dessert. That didn't matter - the waiter brought my friend a small brownie with berries and a candle and congratulated him on his birthday. Everyone and everything was just right. Oh, the chairs are quite comfortable remarked the 86 year-old birthday celebrant.

                                    The food was delicious, ambience and service was lacking. Our server was not very engaged or welcoming, didn’t suggest wine pairings, or much at all. Oddly there’s no music at all I. The restaurant. Location and building are beautiful. Overall though disappointing in terms of a nice dinner out with friends.

                                    We probably ordered too much food for our table, but we were so glad to try a variety of items. The truffle fries and mushroom dish appetizer were amazing. The pork belly and watermelon was fun to try, but just ok. It didn’t have as much flavor as I was hoping. Our table did the short ribs, duck, paella, and scallops. All were fantastic and we would gladly eat here again. Great wait staff, outdoor seating was a great ambiance, and overall, was a great dinner out.

                                    Always a pleasure to dine at edk. A few misses this time, but overall great food . Our favorites were burrata salad and squash soup. Duck confit and edk carbonara were very good. However, most dishes went from good to great w/ a small addition of salt.

                                    We went with another couple & were seated in the outside patio. The day was perfect for outdoor dinning. Our server was very attentive & made our dinner experience flawless. Everything we ordered : Cocktails, bottle wine, oysters, entrees, & dessert was delicious. We will be back again.

                                    Love the food. Deliciously high and without being overly fussy. Unexpectedly delightful textures and ingredients. Fresh. Meat perfectly cooked. Our waiter was subtly funny. Definitely coming back!
