Dicen que el mejor néctar emana del corazón de la República Dominicana y es precisamente de ahí, del corazón de nuestra tierra, adentro y morena, de donde hemos tomado chinchines de nuestras cosas para ofertarle al dominicano y al visitante, en bandejas de behuco y caña adornadas de cayenas, repletas del carisma que nos identifica como pueblo.
La cocina esta a cargo de nuestro Chef Ejecutivo Javier Cabrera el cual en el año 2012 fue ganador de 1 estrella Michellin.

Muy buena, solo cuidar la cantidad de grasa en la comida y el ruido. No habían tantas personas y no era posible conversar

El ambiente es excelente, especial para turistas, dominicanos ausentes y encuentros entre amigos. La decoración es muy interesante porque crea la vida de cualquier pueblo de la República Dominicana. Las atenciones del personal excelente y los precios también. La comida soporta mejoría, tanto en la presentación cómo en los sabores.

This place reminds you the real culture of Dominican Republic, starting from the closet of the Staff and the flavor of the food. I love this place and in highly recommend it.

The food was really good and authentic, the ambience was perfect and very Dominican. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting Santo Domingo.

Our host was amazing, did not catch his name, he acomodated our request to have the food spread in a manner that allowed family sharing. Additionally, he was very sweet and managed to give recommendations despite the language barrier. As for the restaurant it's environment shows the history of the Dominican Republic and brings you back in time. Great experience wonderful food, the goat took the cake for us.

We were seated directly in from of the speakers that were dangerously loud for a show that started mid-dinner. We were unable to enjoy a conversation or the meal. It was impossible to communicate and actually painful. No resolution offered so we picked up our plates and found another table. Will not ever return.

Un ambiente excelente. Sin embargo, no pude terminar de comerme lo que ordené, pedí un pastelón de plátano maduro y solo pude comerme la carne y el queso porque sabía a que tenia mucho tiempo guardado y no tenia sabor, el plátano maduro estaba duro.

El Conuco feels like “home”. It’s very authentic, full of culture and great vibes. The history and decor within the restaurant are amazing. We wish would could’ve stayed longer. We loved everything about it and would absolutely recommend dining here. It was an amazing experience. The food, drinks and best part was the dancing. It is also very reasonable priced for options
