    Me and my partner both got the wine pairing to go with our meal. No sommelier greeted us but instead we were told to scan a QR code for the wine list having no guidance for what to choose. 200$ for the wine pairing was a little steep considering we didn’t not receive any wines that where to special. Furthermore I believe the food was not a 298$ value. The beginning courses in my opinion should have counted as amuse-bouche not courses. The chocolate bath was an interesting concept but to be considered a course idk. The caviar and truffle dishes tasted great but were underwhelming on the amount of caviar and truffle you receive. The truffle used to garnish one of my dishes was quite dry and odorless(I believe is had not been freshly shaved based my on extensive knowledge of truffles). Towards the end they count a cup of black coffee as a course. They also counted petit four as a course which is something I’m not used to. Overall good service and interesting concept but not worth the money if you’re going for the food and wine specifically.

    Food was of the highest level, some of the dishes really otherworldly. The sommelier suggested two wines by the glass which paired very well with the food. The overall experience was unforgettable.

    The Bar was empty (seems I was the only reservation) but they badgered me repeatedly to confirm even though it was credit-card guaranteed. Ordered the Chef Selection. The first dish was extraordinary (chocolate on fried dough enclosing truffle filling). The next two were tedious, couldn’t finish them (ceviche with no acid, “gnocchi” that wasn’t gnocchi and cloyed with truffle flavor again). The lamb course was gussied up with sauces but evidenced no grilled flavor, though at least they cut the chop thick. The dessert was cutely made up as a banana, with a kind of yema filling flavored with banana - good, but obviously needed a lot of effort to make, which works into the price. A rose glass was acidic, under-poured, and overpriced at US$ 28. This was from a very short list of about 10 wines in all (3 white, 3 red, 1 rose, 3 over- the-top champagnes). If your wine by the glass list is that short, in a place of this pretension, better make sure all of them are superlative. I was served by the bartendress, whose delivery was annoying, every fifth syllable being “umm”. With compulsory tip, my final bill came to US$ 250.

    The experience was just that; an experience. The wine pairing was excellent as well, but a bit pricey. Staff was very friendly throughout the meal. It is technically 18 courses and a lot of food, but they pace it well and portions are reasonable so it can be done.
