    Words have not been invented yet to describe "THE EXPERIENCE". Very aptly named, this dining experience transports you to a carefully curated culinary and gastronomy world where you are both a playful child and a curious adult challenging your brain and taste buds to find flaws that you simply cannot! My husband and I went to El Cielo on our wedding anniversary with a dining certificate I had won when I EmCeed the POWER OF THE HEELS Foundation women's conference. El Cielo donated the Dinner for Two Certificate. I bought a raffle ticket and I won. As a former elected official and a national organization leader, I've had my share of fine dining - all over the world. My born and bred Italian husband giftedly displays his Naples childhood pride in our kitchen. With that, we are both, naturally, quite picky and not easily impressed when we do leave the comfort of our beautiful home to dine out. El Cielo turned out to be the perfect place for these two food critics to spend their very special anniversary! From the moment you walk into El Cielo until you walk out, the expertly trained staff makes you feel welcomed, awaited, even adored. The EXPERIENCE Menu bares your name, making you instantly own the experience. It's yours to have. Mine!, one of the earliest childhood concepts, and you take off from there: every bite a trip to a place of comfort that says "This is mine. I deserve this. This is for me!" Chef takes so many liberties with tropical fruits, vegetables, meats that you'd never think could go well together, But Boy Do They!, and in such a Delicious way that has your brain AND your taste buds saying, "No flaw here", and "THANK YOU!" The bread is a tree of life and tastes just as good. The "crab cakes" invite you to play while toying with your palate. The coffee takes you atop a foggy mountain daring you to feel anything but pleasure. The EXPERIENCE undisputably takes you to El Cielo, to HEAVEN, and your brain, body and palate say, "THANK YOU FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!
