   What a gem of a Restaraunt! The cozy intimate authentic place with amazing food in Bonita Springs! The owner/chef John (originally from NY city and raised by Puerto Rican parents) has knocked it out of the park! When dining at El Basque you feel like you are in Chef John’s home! You will love his restaurant and want to return for more!

   El Basque is a great find! An intimate, unique restaurant, nestled in a strip mall, you wouldn't expect to step from the parking lot to Basque country- but you do! John and his staff are welcoming and helpful. It's our favorite place in the area!

   As always the food was good. We usually focus on courses of pinxtos, which provide a nice variety of options. We always have a Basque wine, that is tasty and goes well with the pinxtos. We split a dessert of burnt cheesecake, that is great

   Such a great experience here our first time. Attentive staff and really cool ambience. The owner was very accommodating as well.

   Highly recommend this restaurant - had a lovely, quiet dinner there (we arrived late so first seating was already gone) but enjoyed a beautiful bottle of wine, delicious escargot, steak and frites, plus their lovely duck. Then the deserts arrived and we were SOLD on this being the best kept secret at Bonita/Naples. We had the burnt cheesecake and the poached pear with ice cream - OMG it was fantastic! I have recommended to all my golf friends and can't wait to go again.

    Absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down until the end of the evening. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make choices in both food and wine. He was also extremely attentive and we could not have had better food, service or and experience!! Simply exceptional
