At El Barsito, we've carefully curated a captivating atmosphere that mixes style,vibrance and fun. Our restaurant brings you delicious dishes prepared daily with fresh ingredients. Our stylish decor and relaxing surroundings make this the perfect spot for a long brunch or special celebration. Duo our high demand for brunch the table is reserved one and half hour. Please make sure to show on time for your reservation as we offer 15 min grace period, after these 15 minutes the reservation will cancel or move it to the next time available. . Brunch style: a la carte.

Such a good surprise since the restaurant is at this 60s vibes hotel. The ambient is great and the salad with salmon was great!

Had been so excited to try out this new hot spot & was very disappointed. While the location & ambiance are top notch, the location was very hard to find and when I tried to call multiple times to let the restaurant know I was just running late for the reservation because I couldn't find it, there was no answer to any call. Once we found it, the server was very kind & bubbly but the wait times for drinks, food, bill were excessive. Also, it seemed there was no management or lead on hand to keep things flowing. Of the 3 guests in our party, 2 were served their meals while the 3rd had to wait because one of the ingredients wasn't available and we were informed only when the other dishes were served. Seemed like a manager on duty making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion would have made a big difference. Otherwise, the servers didn't seemed trained or ready to take care of even a half-filled restaurant. For such expensive prices, I would expect better service. St. Thomas is in dire need of good restaurants - please figure this out.

Our bartender, Jose, was very friendly & knowledgeable about the drink menu. Chef J was amazing, & he made a special visit to our table making sure his food was prepared with the highest standards. His food was wonderfully fresh & full of umami flavors! El Barsito at the Pink Palm gave us an intimate dining setting with beautiful views of the Charlotte Amalie bay & hillside.

Lugar espectacular para cenar en pareja. Vista hermosa y la mejor comida de St Thomas. La ubicación y entrada del lugar no es certera, dimos muchas vueltas buscando la entrada pero al final, valió la pena.

Outstanding restaurant. Ambieance is very cool and views are unbelievable. Our server was quick and very patient. Definitely will go again. The only drawback of the place is the parking.

The view, cocktails, and overall ambiance were incredible! The bartender even brought out a special dessert for my mom's birthday. The service from our waiter was very poor. Thankfully the bartender was more helpful and took our food and drink orders. Of note- the parking is very difficult, so take a taxi if that is feasible. Overall, good experience if you're looking to spend some time at a cool restaurant with an awesome view.

Best view of St. Thomas. Night view is especially dramatic and beautiful. A fun vibe with lots of personality. Food is delicious and staff is delightful and helpful. Quite a memorable evening!

Very laid back. Service was well above average for St.Thomas. A quiet venue with good food! The Pink Panther is a must and the steak, plantains and potato were a hit! Would definitely recommend this place and dine here again.
