Eight Settlers Distillery & Restaurant is the culmination of a longtime dream to build a distillery and share the finest local foods with our community. Eight Settlers is a blend of the 1850’s traditional vintage western style with a modern twist of the second industrial revolution. The Chef’s inspiration for the menu is Modern American with traditional twists, while the spirits are distilled and blended to the highest standards with the best grains available.

Server was totally disinterested. Took our order then someone else brought our food.

Delicious food in an expanse dining area. It was truly a unique dining experience. Would recommend the signature oak-smoked old fashion.

Excellent views, service, and food! Higher price point but the ambiance is great. Noise levels do rise as the evening goes on, but that’s just speaking to everyone’s enjoyment and the good drinks! We will be back. Staff is more than happy to guide you to the best meal choice as well. I had the burger and it was massive!! Thanks for a great evening!

My wife found eight settlers randomly while looking for a brunch place with our friends. It was an amazing experience. We were the first people there. We were very surprised. Everything about our experience was great. Our waiter was amazing and helpful and the food was great. The drinks were fantastic. We are planning on going again

Our server was not friendly. Didn’t check in on us once. Told us that outside drinks were not allowed in a very untactful way. Was not accommodating at all. The food was very good. Sad that poor service ruined our experience.
