With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Wow wow wow! What can I say? We went for Sunday lunch today and it was truly epic. Knowing that nearly everything on your plate was grown or reared within view from the fantastic restaurant windows (and what a view it is!) makes it special, but the quality of those ingredients plus the care and real skill that has gone into the cooking of them made this hands down, the best Sunday dinner I’ve had! Bar none. I have been very lucky to have eaten in multiple 2 & 3 Michelin star restaurants and the food here competed and even bettered, some of those for flavour, presentation and quality. I can’t wait to return, it was amazing. Well done to the team at Eight @ Gazegill.

This was our second visit to Eight at Gazegill having previously enjoyed a fabulous lunch. The ‘Taste of Gazegill’ was, simply, exceptional. Every course was brilliantly conceived, exquisitely executed, and affectionately described. The service was perfectly judged. Our adult son is particularly picky and about service, disliking overbearing, obsequious service but, at the same time, frustrated by poor service. He thought the service tonight was perfect. As he said, ‘It was like being cooked for by friends.’ I couldn’t agree more. We can’t wait to come back.

What an absolutely amazing find! Lovely setting, ultra high quality tasting menu, attentive service, lovely ambiance- we will be back, the food is sublime!
