With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

As part of the celebrations around the popular Clitheroe Food Festival we are hosting a unique event, aimed at tantalising and tempting your tastebuds. Come join us to sample the best of the produce that Gazegill Organic Farm has to offer, with a four-course set menu created especially for the event by Chef Patron Doug Crampton. This will be offered alongside informative and (hopefully) entertaining information about the 'farm to fork' ethos that drives our business, delivered by Ian O'Reilly, co-owner of Gazegill Organics. Arrival drinks and snacks: 6.30pm Seat for Dinner: 7.15pm for 7.30pm serving Please note: This event is for adults only, we will not be able to cater for children or infants.

What a fabulous place for a restaurant the hostess was very friendly happy to answer all our questions very informative about the food and the farm , beautiful surroundings highly highly recommend.

Delightful on every level, mushrooms on treacle toast, superb, managed a Prosecco too with my coffee. My daughter had eggs with chorizo, she said it was very tasty. I will be back soon ! Love love !

Great food, great location, great staff! A lovely Sunday lunch with interesting starters and pudding. And of course a really excellent main course. The food very much reflects the fact that this is part of an organic farm. Beautiful views and a relaxed, unhurried ambience. It was a second visit for two of our group, and we will certainly be back.

Just returned from the best Sunday lunch we’ve had for a long time. Love the combination of onsite restaurant at an organic working farm. Superb beef and gravy!
