EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is inspired by Spain’s tradition of eating small savory dishes, typically served with drinks. Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. Absolutely worth it. An amazing tasting experience with great explanations about each dish. If you're looking for molecular gastronomy in Vegas, this place is a must. All the servers and host were wonderful and made our meal delightful for my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend checking out this gem for a delicious and unique culinary journey. If it was on the strip, I would assume something like $250 per person for the tasting course, but this was very affordable in proportion to how great the experience was (basic tasting menu is less than $100 per person!). Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. You can experience Chef Edo's culinary journey and influences directly in each dish and creation.

Delightful meal, everything so interesting and tasty. We started with the ceviche and tomato bread, followed by croquettes, octopus and green beans. Good portions and friendly, attentive service.

This is an absolutely extraordinary restaurant. Great food, great service. You couldn't ask for more. If you're in Vegas and want a fine dinner off the strip, go to EDO Gastro Tapas.

If you want some authentic Spanish tapas from Barcelona this is the place to dine. It’s a small restaurant cozy and an amazing mural on the wall. Our waiter Marcelino was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was formally at Bazaar Meats by Jose Andre so he is well trained and attentive. I forgot to take pictures but overall the food was delicious and brought me back to Barcelona.

We loved the service and appreciated menu suggestions. We loved the pan y tomatoes the cold appetizers and the Brussels sprouts.

We experienced the tasting menu with wine pairings. It was something out of this world. The mixture of flavors, texture, and presentation were right on point. We highly recommend this place and will return soon!
