EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is inspired by Spain’s tradition of eating small savory dishes, typically served with drinks. Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. First time. Saw on Instagram or something like that. It lives up to the hype. Tasting menu was great. So many course and each one better than the last. Would recommend!

A really nice surprise from a place that we picked almost randomly. We almost turned around as there is no light visible from the outside, but we were glad we didn't. EDO is very small, only a few tables, which adds a dimension of coziness. The staff is VERY attentive and interactive, including the Chef who checked from time to time with the waiting staff to gather reactions to the dishes he served. We gave him a thumb up, which was rewarded by him visiting our table and offering a dessert that was not on the menu (amazing Spanish cake with whiskey). If you want to find a place where you can hear yourself speak, with friendly staff, and superior cuisine, look no further.

Wonderful experience. Better than any of the 5 star places on the strip. Inventive and delicious food, excellent service and very well priced. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful experience with the tasting menu. The low point of the meal was the lobster/crab upgrade we selected. It was such a disappointment. However, the Wagu upgrade was great.

Small restaurant but the food is delicious and the service was excellent. My favorite dish was the Oyster on the half shell.

This was a date night for us and we could not have been happier with the whole experience from the cocktails to the amazingly creative and delicious dishes to the intimate but casual atmosphere and the excellent low-key service. Some of the highlights among the many dishes were the warm bread service with 3 dips, the scallop with candied jalapeno, the steak carpaccio cream puff and the hot stone Wagyu.

Absolutely a fantastic meal. So good, made a reservation on the spot. Fantastic service from the entire staff. The food was just amazing.
