First time at Edo Asia and it definitely did not disappoint. We have one of the set menus and a sushi platter and it was incredible! The interior is outstanding, presentation is second to none and the music was really upbeat whilst not being over whelming. We were celebrating a birthday / anniversary and they brought out a surprise desert which was a thoughtful and great way to top of a stunning evening! We will be back! Thank you!

Second visit here and this time came with family. We had the set menu for four (Taste of Japan) what a great evening made better by the service we received.

The restaurant itself is beautiful - the decor and the ambience is fantastic. It’s something very unique and I loved it. The service was brilliant - quick service and very attentive. The food is good and very tasty but not outstanding. The only downside I found was the volume of the music. It’s very loud, upbeat music which I did think was an odd choice given the rest of the vibe of the restaurant but other than that me and my family had a great time.

Food was amazing, we didn't have to wait for forever before it arrived, and their service was topnotch.

Amazing setting and wonderful food. The menu suggests that the food will come out slowly but ours came quickly and pretty much all at the same time. The serving plates are wonderful - squid on an elephant anyone?! Thank you!

On our third visit here. Really good. Had the set menu for the first time . Really good and plenty of food. The only observation was the crispy chicken starter was very similar to the chicken main course. Not a complaint just an observation.

Fantastic meal, best food we have eaten out in a long time! Only comment food came out a little quick between courses. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely meal but my gyoza were a bit cold the rice that we order wasn’t the best. The rolls and sushi were lovely. We celebrated our anniversary and the personal was outstanding and the restaurant was cozy and had a charming atmosphere! If you made a reservation they ask if you are celebrating anything and at the end they bring a complementary piece of cake.

Great service, attentive, knowledgeable.. food is good for Southampton, sushi is subjective.. drinks could be more extensive, wine list is poor, lots of over priced rubbish, a nice Riesling is required, not a Australian either. Decor is very instagramable… bit dark but it’s nice.. value for money.. it’s expensive for what it is, I have much better sushi for less but that’s London. So for the market place it’s the best food and you pay a premium for it.
