Had an early reservation for dinner. Only three tables occupied. Was seated right beside entrance and hostess table. Asked for another table. Host can make or break your 1st impression. Not much else to say about atmosphere. Disappointing

Interesting concept but in the end not great flavors or selection. Over priced and simply not as good as the staff would have you believe. Very disappointing.

The menu changed radically. It is practically all fish now and one steak dish. No chicken. If I don’t like fish, this is not a good choice.

Edison lab is by far the most sophisticated and delicious menu in the whole of Tampa. Not one bad drink, dish or desert. Brady, our table host and bartender was exceptional in his willingness to serve us and make our time special. Kudos to the chef's for creating truly special meals that are nouveau but not pretentious mini servings. These chefs have a clear vision of who they are and have set the bar way beyond reach for other restaurants in the area. If I could ever be a food guinea pig for this lab, sign me up now!

We really like this place and have had excellent meals here in the past. We have always wanted to do the tasting menus but never had time. This time we did. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a let down. Amuse bouche was great, first course had good components but didn’t really fuse, I liked the second course but my companion had some uncooked rice in his dish, third course had a good sauce but was primarily poorly seasoned/boring potato salad, fourth course was probably the best - crispy fish, tasty collards - but the sweet potatoes were bland, and the dessert course was ok (mango chile sorbet was delicious, bread or cake underneath was bland and sort of ruined the overall texture for me. The cucumbers did not add anything and had a medicinal quality that distracted from the sorbet a bit). Cocktails were ok overall - the buzzsaw is excellent, boogie nights is a skip, espresso martini is good but won’t blow your mind. Our server was very attentive and personable, as was the manager. We noted celebrating a birthday and it was written on our reservation ticket but never mentioned - bit of a bummer. 2 of 3 visits were great so I would probably go back but unfortunately this trip was a bit of a disappointment.

I went with a friend for my birthday and the food was, as always, so delightfully delicious. The flavors can never be described because they are beyond anything imaginable in the best possible way! The service is better than most other places! We felt very well taken care of and the muse Bouche was out of this world and so unexpected. This has always been my favorite restaurant in Tampa and remains in that position!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. The craft cocktails were fantastic, and every single thing that our party of five had was absolutely delicious! Nick, our server was wonderful and his knowledge of the food and drinks was exceptional!
