I told my server the salmon was overcooked and she said the kitchen is having a hard time keeping up. When she took our plates I said I have had better cooked salmon in Ok. She said she was sorry! I couldn’t eat it and my husbands medium rare steak was well done. Margarita was pure salt, not just the rim. I understand a restaurant being overwhelmed, but allowing such poor quality food to served and not acknowledging a customer’s complaint is unacceptable.

Terrible service that took way too long. Entrée places on table on top of apps, then no server to be found for an hour - another 30 mins for dessert to come. Just not organized or timed well.

The food they served was straight out of a Gordon Ramsey nightmare restaurant. Stuffed mushroom tops w/crab - the mushrooms were shriveled and old, the stuffing had no crab whatsoever and the bread crumbs’ consistency was as if it was frost damaged from freezing. It truly surprised me any restaurant would serve something so unedible. For a salad, the small handful of old lettuce was heaped with more croutons then lettuce and the chicken had some sort of spicy seasoning not mentioned in the menu. This salad however was edible if one was hungry enough. But, I should have left after they served those horrid mushroom caps. The waitress was very good.

You're trapped at the resort with limited options. Food was okay but extremely overpriced. Our server Donika made the difference. She was attentive and responsive.

The food was excellent, especially the Alaskan Halibut, but what made the meal even better was our server, Georgi. He was knowledgeable, funny, and efficient. A great server!

The breakfast item on the buffet ware warm at best. The pancakes and waffles were doughy and hard. The fruit was acceptable and who could ruin Cheerios and milk. We only ate breakfast here.
