Edesia is a Restaurant and Cocktail Bar & Lounge in the heart of Bath overlooking Guildhall and The Abbey that serves South American-inspired dishes, made with the best of British produce.

Monday to Friday lunch is where we serve our selection of ceviches, along with the best slow cooked meats, chargrilled chicken and much more.

Dinner at EDESIA is a celebratory affair with a menu of small and large dishes to share. From snacks to ceviches, land, sea and soil, the menu has something for everyone with a focus on bold flavours, citrus and smoke.

The bar at EDESIA serves expertly-made cocktails and is a great place for an after dinner drink or to sit and enjoy the evening over a bottle of wine and have a little dance if you fancy.

Great food. Steaks were fantastic. Staff was very attentive and took great care of us. Definitely one of the best meals we had while visiting Bath

The filet steak was excellent and cooked to perfection and the best steak I have ever ever had. Look forward to going back again

Booked for a birthday, turned up, very quiet but can understand it was a Sunday and early evening, we were the only two dining, food turned up very quickly but buns for the burgers were burnt, when we did mention it to waiter he apologised and said it’s the grill, but they were black and tasted burnt. did not offer anything complimentary or discount off the bill, , unfortunately it did not make the meal taste great, there was not a great ambience there. I think for the price you are paying for the meal it is quite disappointing, a shame as the restaurant had good reviews which is why I booked.

We were really looking forward to my birthday meal at this restaurant based on previous reviews & their website. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations. Our son’s meal in particular was very poor. He ordered the rack of lamb which is £32 what he got was / lamb cops & a tomato. No sauce no vegetables but he did get fries. It wasn’t a rack of lamb at all. Three was a mix up with our friends paella but that was handled well by the management. Drinks weee very nice & service was excellent. We don’t like giving negative feedback but feel on this we didn’t have the experience we were expecting.
