Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

Chalets are available for our soft brunch launch event, Brunchin' with the Besties! The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. Chalets have two heaters but we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing layers for your comfort. Blankets are welcome! There is a $75.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to your bill and is non-refundable. An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all chalets.

Chalets are available Monday-Thursday for seatings anytime between 5-7:30PM, and Friday- Saturday for seatings at 5:00-5:30PM or 7:30-8:00PM. Our fifth trip to Edera and it just keeps getting better. The ambience for Valentine’s Day was beautiful, the service fast, clean and friendly. The ford delicious and affordable. I’d come back every week if I could

If I could give more stars, I would. The space was decorated gloriously for Valentine’s Day. Joe’s wait service was efficient and well-paced. Food and wine was fabulous as usual! We had a wonderful V-Day with so much value added at Edera!

Outstanding service & food! It was a quiet atmosphere & our group enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend & definitely will be returning.

We were in a chalet. The evening was not enjoyable because of how cold it was. You guys need way more powerful heaters or more of them when nights are this cold. We couldn’t even feel our feet by the time dinner was done.

I have chosen this place for the chalet experience for 2people. it is nice but nothing out of extraordinary. Menu is limited and over priced for the bland taste. I have visited many Italian places the food tastes too bland without any flavor. I personally feel the Brio restaurant is too good m. If you just want to feel the experience then this is the place.if you want food and experience then this is not for you. We have ordered Brussels which is the only option I feel is good. gnocchi , Roman cauliflower for starters. basil pesto pasta and fish as entrees but both are bland no flavor at all. Just felt like eating steamed food with cheese and other vegetables.

Food was amazing, our server Autumn was top notch and attentive, and Drew the manager was impeccable. I had a lovely birthday dinner here and we will definitely be going back!

Was great for my bday! Checked up on my group often and made sure it felt like a premium experience! Food is always good too!

Great experience. Family dinner for my daughter and son in law's birthdays. Ate outside in one of the chalets. Beautiful setting!!!! Everyone should do it sometime. The drinks and food were wonderful. Kids enjoyed the non-alcohol drink choices. Food and drinks were all very good. Our waiter, JD, was very attentive and professional. We are coming back in February with some friends!!
